Sero was responsible for design and management of a strategic marketing programme to support recruitment of 2500 apprentices into small and medium-sized businesses across 10 local authority areas.
Marketing support included:
- Target audience analysis
- Marketing strategy and management
- Running a #Yes2Apprenticeships campaign with radio, social media and video advertising
- A high profile business engagement conference at the Royal Armouries with the Duke of York
The contract involved working with a wide range of channel partners to reach relevant target audiences, for example collaborating with the Regional Institute of Directors and Chambers of Commerce to reach employers.
