Sero has worked with national agency Jisc and higher education partners on the Spotlight project, looking at ways of making it easier to discover digital resources for learning and research. We developed guides, case studies and a training course which we now help to run. Jisc asked us to research the wider potential audience for the training offer and to engage with potential partners.

Our work has involved:

  • Market research to identify a comprehensive list of networks and associations of libraries, museums and archives across the UK, including key contacts
  • A direct marketing campaign to reach out to these stakeholders
  • Shaping a compelling proposition to engage stakeholders in a potential partnership offer

The work has resulted in increased uptake for the training offer and three potential partnership opportunities.
